Haye made $4 million facing Valuev. HBO only offered Wlad $250k for the global TV rights (except Germany) for the Wlad vs. Povetkin fight. Wlad demands 100% of German TV rights when he fights. As it's the only place he sells. They can't make a deal, I've been told, as Wlad wants 50% of the purse, and 100% of the German rights. Which probably equals about 70% of the purse. That's how much he doesn't want to fight the guy. He had a deal to fight him, but dumped his promoter to get out of it!
