The BTBC fan forum is boxing’s first 100% troll-free message board and the home of some of the internet’s sharpest hardcore fans. Today we spotlight forum member, Fullarmor613, as he shares his 3 Favorite Boxing Moments:
1. The number one memory for me was my first account of watching boxing. I was in Jr High and Muhammad Ali vs Leon Spinks was on TV during the week. I remember some big mouth named ALI fight a severe underdog. Well, we know the outcome I have been hooked ever since.
2. James “Buster Douglas” TKO 10 Mike Tyson, 1990. I was a huge Iron Mike fan, my dad was not much into boxing anymore. I was telling him how great Mike was. Well, round 10, dad looks at me and says, “Who is this guy and why is he so great?”
3. Again, Iron Mike vs Michael Spinks, watching on PPV with my father-in-law. He goes to the kitchen to make himself something to eat and, while making his sandwich, he missed the fight– all 89 seconds of it.
