The undefeated prospect headlines the Golden Boy Live card, facing former USBA light welterweight title holder Paris, a capable challenger who went nine rounds (and was stopped) with Zab Judah in an IBF Light Welterweight Title Eliminator in 2012. Gomez has stopped five of his last six opponents, all in three rounds or less.

U.S. Olympian Gausha has had a busy year, this being the undefeated middleweights fourth bout of 2014. Warrior is an experienced opponent, though he’s been on the losing end of things when he steps up.; he’s only won twice in his last nine outings.

7/26 – Robert Stieglitz (46-4, 26 KO’s) vs. Sergey Khomitsky (29-10-2, 12 KO’s) – Anhalt Arena, Dessau, Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany
A two time WBO super middleweight champion, Stieglitz looks to bounce back from a close decision loss to Arthur Abraham in March that cost him his title. Fighting for the vacant WBO Inter-Continental super middleweight belt, he faces the current WBO European super middleweight title holder in Khomitsky, who’s coming off an upset stoppage win over the previously undefeated Frank Buglioni.

Former pound for pound king and multiple world title holder Jones continues fighting at age 45, this time defending the World Boxing Union (German version) cruiserweight title he won beating Zine Eddine in December. Fry makes for a good opponent; his last win was in 2012 and he’s been stopped by Nathan Cleverly and Enzo Maccarinelli.

7/26 – Fernando Montiel (51-4-2, 38 KO’s) vs. Jesus Rios (30-5-1, 24 KO’s) – Auditorio Municipal, Villa Flores, Chiapas, Mexico
Former WBC and WBO bantamweight world champion Montiel has won five contests and the WBC United States (USNBC) Silver super bantamweight title since losing to Victor Terrazas in 2011. Rios has fought three times this year, stopping all three opponents. After facing Montiel, he’s already scheduled to fight Terrazas next month.

The vacant EBU (European) middleweight title is up for grabs. Saunders holds the BBBofC British, Commonwealth (British Empire), and WBO International middleweight titles, his last four bouts have went the 12 round distance. Blandamura is the EBU-EU (European Union) middleweight champ, but hasn’t faced the same level of opposition that Saunders has.
