There are several aspects to boxing. The physical skills needed include stamina and speed. There is also mental and emotional preparation that goes into becoming a professional boxer. Every boxer has specific rules that he or she follows during a match. These rules ensure safety, fairness, and respect during the match. Here are five boxing rules every boxer must follow.

Don’t hit below the belt.

The main purpose of boxing is not to hurt your opponent; it’s to win by knockout. If you punch someone in the face, above the forehead line you could be charged with assault. This will land you in jail, have an impact on your career, and may even cause permanent damage. Therefore, if you want to box professionally, learn about the seven forbidden punches.

No biting.

Biting in any form is illegal. It causes serious injury to your mouth and results in infection in the area. Biting and scratching in a ring is extremely dangerous for both fighters as well as spectators. Even worse than harming yourself, biting another person can result in criminal charges against you.dont play real online pokies games when you have infection

Respect the judges.

Any time a referee or judge gives a decision, they are automatically assumed to have made their best effort to determine who won. Therefore, no matter how badly the loser performs, the judges will always give them the loss.

Never throw punches from behind.

Anytime you punch from behind, it is called a low blow. It’s illegal because there’s no way for your opponent to defend himself/herself. Instead, they have to be able to see what is coming and turn away in time. If they’re unable to do so, then they can only hope that they don’t get hurt.

Do not hit an opponent when they are down.

If you knock your opponent down, it’s considered an automatic 10-point foul. A person can be knocked out by being hit in the head with a straight right hand from the chin area. The reason why this rule exists is that if a fighter is knocked out he/she becomes vulnerable. This means that they cannot protect themselves /fight off their opponent.did you know that you can bet on your favourite boxer view website and start betting

In conclusion, we hope that these boxing rules help teach aspiring boxers all the things they need to know before stepping onto a boxing ring.
