On Wednesday, March 27th it was announced that former world champion Vic Darchinyan had signed a managerial pact with Espinoza Boxing.

Spearheaded by it’s founder, Frank Espinoza, the managerial company is most known for bringing Israel “Magnifico” Vazquez from the ground up and seasoning him into a highly regarded and visible fighter on networks such as Showtime and HBO.  To date, Espinoza Boxing manages a stable consisting of current WBC Featherweight titleholder Daniel Ponce De Leon, Abner Mares, Oscar Valdez and Carlos Molina among plenty of others.  Darchinyan(38-5-1, 27 KO’s) is on the tail end of his career at 37 years of age, but is coming off of a unanimous decision victory over previously undefeated Luis Orlando Del Valle.

The “Raging Bull” is scheduled to fight on April 20th on the undercard of Victor Terrazas-Cristian Mijares event in Mexico City against a fighter to be announced later.
