Undefeated Japanese minimum-weight Ryuji Hara (16-0, 10 KO’s) will contest for his second regional title Sunday in Fuji, Japan when he faces current WBC Asia Council Ryuji HaraContinental minimumweight title holder Donny Mabao (21-20-1, 4 KO’s) for the vacant OPBF minimum-weight title at FujisanMesse. Hara is the Japanese minimum-weight champion since October of 2012, defending the belt successfully on three occasions.
