From FOX Sports:

Baltimore Ravens safety Tom Zbikowski, who had tested positive for marijuana following his latest foray into the boxing ring, was vindicated Tuesday after a second test came back clean, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Zbikowski, 25, had apparently tested positive for the drug along with five other participants on Saturday’s card at the WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Okla.

But a second test conducted in Chicago came back negative, according to the Sun-Times.

“The test administered in Oklahoma before the fight was not as comprehensive as those required by other state commissions,” a source told the Sun-Times.

The former Notre Dame standout had been suspended 45 days by the Chickasaw Nation Boxing Commission pending the results of the second test.

“It was disappointing and disheartening because we had such a great experience down there,” Zbikowski’s manager, Mike Joyce, told the Chicago paper. “But we’re confident we will get this resolved this week.”
