In a junior welterweight bout, Ali Funeka (31-3-3, 25 KOs) won a twelve round split decision over Zolani Marali (21-5, 13 KOs) by scores of 116-112, 115-111, 112-115.

Billy Dib (33-1, 20 KOs) made the first defense of his IBF featherweight title by stopping Italy’s Alberto Servidei (31-1-2, 7 KOs) in the first round.

In a junior featherweight bout, scheduled for ten rounds, former junior flyweight and super flyweight world titlist, Hugo Cazares (36-7-2, 26 KOs) beat 21-year–old Adan Garcia (17-6-1, 12 KOs) via TKO 7.
