According to multiple media sources, the long-rumored Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor bout is signed, sealed, and ready to be delivered to the public August 26.

The Las Vegas venue has yet to be confirmed, but the two likely choices are the MGM Grand, which is the traditional home to all of Mayweather’s most recent fights, or the new T-Mobile Arena.

Earlier this week, headlines were made when it was released that Mayweather Promotions had reserved a date on their schedule for a boxing event on August 26.

The Mayweather-McGregor boxing vs. UFC bout is expected to be a straight boxing match. Purse speculation has both fighters earning in excess of $100 million.

Stay tuned for more details.
