Murray to Defend Euro Lightweight Title, April 2nd

Manchester, UK lightweight, John Murray (30-0, 18 KOs), will make the second defense of his European 135 lb. title against Karim El Ouazghari (11-1-2, 4 KOs) on April 2nd at York Hall in London, April 2nd.

This will be Murray’s first bout under the banner of new promoter, Frank Warren.

El Ouazghari is a 31-year old Barcelona native who holds the Spanish lightweight title, but has yet to face opposition beyond the regional/national level.

British super middleweight prospect, Billy Joe Saunders (7-0, 4 KOs) is scheduled to be on the undercard.
