Derwent Entertainment Centre, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia–

Reigning IBF middleweight titlist, Daniel Geale (27-1, 15 KOs) made the second defense of the title he took from Sebastian Sylvester by scoring a twelve-round unanimous decision over Ghana’s Osumanu Adama (20-3, 15 KOs) by scores of 118-110, 117-111, and 115-113.

In the co-feature, IBF featherweight titlist, Billy Dib (34-1, 21 KOs), forced a sixth round corner stoppage against Eduardo Escobedo (32-4, 23 KOs). This was Dib’s second defense of the vacant title he took in a bout against Jorge Lacierva last year.

On the undercard, American heavyweight journeyman, Travis Walker (39-7-1, 31 KOs) stopped regional star, Kali Meehan (38-5, 31 KOs) in the sixth round of their scheduled twelve-round contest.
