Jhonny Gonzalez to take on Roinet Caballero, Saturday December 3rd

WBC Champ Jhonny Gonzalez (50-7, 44KOs) will face Roinet Caballero (31-10-1, 22KOs) in Mexico City, Mexico Saturday night.

Gonzalez is a Mexican fighter who is ranked 4th in the world among featherweights.  He is coming off ten consecutive wins, all by way of knockout, with one of those over Hozumi Hasegawa which gained him the WBC title belt in April of 2011.  This bout will be his third title defense.

Hailing from Panama, Caballero is coming off of four consecutive wins, three of those by knockout.  Recent notable losses include Chris John in 2008 and Daniel Ponce de Leon in 2009.
