In the main event Rances Barthelemy (20-0, 12 KOs) will make the first defense of his super featherweight title against former world title challenger Fernando Saucedo (52-5-3, 8 KOs).
On the undercard, Willie Nelson (23-1-1, 13 KOs) and Vanes Martirosyan (34-1-1, 21 KOs) will meet in a ten-round junior middleweight bout.
