Long-time adviser to Manny Pacquiao, Michael Koncz, has undergone a surgical procedure in the Philippines to remove a blockage and blood clot from the main artery in his right leg.

Unfortunately for Koncz, the surgery performed at Cardinal Santos Memorial Hospital in San Juan, Metro Manila was not successful in fixing all of the damage done by the blockage and a larger, more complicated procedure will need to be done on Thursday.

Koncz insists, however, that business will go on as usual and that he should be on the move by Saturday.
