Cuban jr. middleweight prospect, Erislandy Lara (13-0, 8 KOs), will take on St. Louis native, Tim Connors (10-1, 7 KOs) on the Juan Manuel Marquez-Michael Katsidis undercard this Saturday, November 27th, at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Connors, whose opponents have a combined 44-48-2 record, has faced no one of note and is not expected to give Lara much of a contest.

Other fights on the card: Andre Berto vs. Freddy Hernandez for the WBC welterweight title, Celestino Caballero vs. Jason Litzau, Nate Campbell vs. Walter Estrada, and a prelim featuring welterweight prospect Keith Thurman.
