Magdaleno, Gesta, Korobov Win in Prospect Triple Header

Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada– The three heavy favorites came up victorious in a triple header of quality prospects Friday night.

Super featherweight prospect, Diego Magdaleno (21-0, 7 KOs) scored a one-sided unanimous decision over veteran journeyman, Emmanuel Lucero (26-8-1, 14 KOs) by scores of 100-89, 100-88, and 100-87.

Filipino lightweight/junior welterweight prospect, Mercito Gesta (24-0-1, 12 KOs) also cruised to a one-sided unanimous decision over journeyman, Ricardo Dominguez (34-8-2, 21 KOs) by scores of 99-91, 98-92, and 97-92.

Also, Russian middleweight prospect, Matt Korobov (17-0, 10 KOs) disposed of Latif Mundy (10-4, 4 KOs) via KO in the the fourth round of their scheduled eight.
