10. Dominic Breazeale (13-0, 12 KOs)

This U.S. Olympian failed to medal in the 2012 Games, but he has developed nicely since turning pro. Still barely at the lowest levels of the third tier, Breazeale is passing all of the tests asked of him at this stage of his career and is proving himself to be a solid and talented pupil.
