Retirement

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to see Taylor take his winnings from Wednesday night’s upset, settle his legal issues, and open up his own gym in Little Rock to take up training and the pursuit of the next great American middleweight champion?
Sadly, with so much money on the table and a “Nobody believed in me, but I told you so” dynamic out there, Taylor is not likely to ride off into the sunset at all. Taylor is now an important player with a more important piece of the middleweight puzzle around his waist. Even if the thought of retirement would cross his mind, it would be quickly chased away by every single person around him.
